Registration with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners prior to the start of employment as a certified pharmacy technician or technician trainee. A trainee must become a nationally certified pharmacy technician within 12 months of hire.

MercyOne Genesis is a not-for-profit organization that qualifies you for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. After 10 years of employment and income-based repayment, all remaining student loans will be forgiven under the program.
