Occupational Health Nurse Job Opportunity

Genesis Health System has an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse to work at Anderson Windows.  One of the city's most significant employers is Andersen Windows, one of the country's largest manufacturers of wood windows and patio doors. The company's Dubuque location is a key hub for its production, with a facility spanning over one million square feet and employing nearly 3,000 people.

Andersen Windows has been an integral part of Dubuque's economy for decades, investing in the local community by sponsoring schools, nonprofits, and community events. This state of the art custom Windows manufacturing facility is located on the bank of the Mississippi River.  It has an excellent safety record and has been in the Dubuque area for over 100 years. Working autonomously, your day-to-day will be flexible and include interactions with employees and leaders, providing care from simple first aid to triaging a more serious injuries.  You’ll work in a cross-functional team, including the safety department, human resources, and operations to promote the safety culture of both Andersen Windows and Genesis.  You’ll partner with the leadership team, Fit for Work, CarePartners and operations to create proactive practices to health and wellness to provide the best health care to Andersen Windows employees.

EARN UP TO $40/HR.

Genesis Health System is a not-for-profit organization that qualifies you for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. After ten years of employment and income-based repayment, all remaining student loans will be forgiven under the program.
