As part of our ongoing retention and recruitment efforts, Genesis is offering a new professional growth opportunity for PCTs who have an active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Iowa or Illinois advance to a PCT II position.
As a PCT II, you be paid a higher rate of pay when working at Genesis Medical Center- Davenport and Silvis hospital campuses.
This new position recognizes the important support that Patient Care Techs provide to the patient care team and rewards them for increasing their education and skills by receiving their CNA certification. This support is especially needed at a time of nursing staff vacancies and will enhance the safety and quality of direct care we bring to our patients at the bedside.
